Verizon SIM card?

Hello,

I recently upgraded my Verizon iPhone 4S to the iPhone 5. I sold and shipped my 4S on ebay. After doing so, I realized that I forgot to check/remove the SIM card. My question is, does the Verizon iPhone 4S have a SIM and if so, does it contain any sensitive information stored on it?

On a side note, I restored the phone as well as doing a wipe via an app.

Would appreciate any help.

i dont know if it has a SIM or not, but if it does, its deactivated and cannot be used again. since the 4S wasnt an LTE device, i dont think it does. once the phone was wiped, you are good to go.
