Verizon simultaneous voice and data now possible? [UPDATE: NOPE!]

I am assuming with LTE that Verizon can offer simultaneous data and voice. Is this a for sure thing?

I wanna die. I switched to Verizon last year to secure unlimited data for the day I could do voice and data at the same time. I thought that day would be September 21.
