iPhone 12 Pro Verizon SMS

I’m at a complete loss.

I’ve brought this to the highest level of corporate I possibly can and they say there is nothing wrong on Verizon’s end.

I have an iPhone 12 Pro and I send texts to NON iPhone users and 50 percent of the time they don’t get my texts.

iMessage works fine and again it’s about a 50/50 chance that people aren’t getting my sms.

Anyone else or any suggestions?

Turn off WiFi calling. I recall way back that cleared out all sorts of calling and text issues with T-Mobile.

Weird, I have Verizon and never had that problem. I am assuming that in settings >>>> messages that send as sms when I message not available is turned on?
