Carrier Verizon store purchase not in App or website

Saturday I ordered 3 phones, 13, 13 Pro and 13 Pro Max at the Verizon Store. It's now Thursday and I haven't received anything from Verizon. I checked the website and the My Verizon App, there is nothing that shows I ordered the phones. It shows the cases and screen protectors I bought. I went to the store today and the order is on their screen. I have an order number but can't find anyway to search using it.

How long does it take to be notified?

Same issue - I found that if I don't sign into my account on the web site but from the email I got when I ordered - clicked on check order and entered the information from the emailed order it shows status. If I'm logged in I only get the cases as you do.

If you bought your phone at the Verizon store did you get a receipt via email imediatly or when it was shipped.

I ordered mine 12 days ago. I got a receipt for the case and screen protecctor but not for the phones.

As I said above there is nothing on the website or My Verizon app.

I'm wondering if they did not complete the order.

Got the receipts for both - case and phone - separate receipt immediately . Have you contacted the store - almost seems as if they didn't process the phone order
