To restore my upgrade after return??? Anyone know how long this takes??? Thank you in advance!

Assuming you are talking about restoring your backup after the device was out for repair..?

It can take a while if it requires a iOS update. But typically takes 10 minutes without.

I think the OP returned their phone to Verizon and is waiting to have their upgrade eligibility restored.

To the OP - Not sure how long it takes. Have you tried calling Verizon to check?

Yup... They are looking into it... Seems ridiculous that its 10 days and my upgrade still isn't restored.

Shouldnt take that long.
Stay on top of it cause if you let it go you might have problems getting an upgrade later on.
