Verizon told me Preorders begin at 5am est

I just spoke to a Verizon rep and she told me preorders for iPhone 5 begin at 5am est. I couldn't find another thread that had the official preorder time? Sorry if it has already been posted.

they may have been referring to business accounts, I believe pre-orders for those start at 5 am pacific

Seriously, after all this time why don't they inform their call center better? Everytime you call you get a totally different response to the same question. They don't know launch time, they don't know upgrade procedure, they don't know anything.

When I got the iphone 4, I was told that they weren't allowing upgrades at all for it, and they most certainly did. Where are they getting their information if we know more than they do?
