im getting different answers depending on which rep I speak with.

1. Does doing the trade in for the 650 require the use of an upgrade?

2. Once we get the new phone and trade in our old one, can we move the phone to another line within our family plan?

You are absolutely correct, Verizon representatives have inconsistent customer service base in answers they provide to the customer. Honestly, that happens all the time and they need to fix it. Unacceptable and poorly rounded training.

Back on page. If you trade in the iPhone for $650.00, I was told it does require your upgrade, being your trading in your previous iPhone.
