Coming from iPhone 6, now that I have two days to play with my iPhone 7, I think I like it. I will keep this.

This is what I am planning to do
1. Erase all content and settings.
2. Remove SIM
3. Charge it up to 70%, just in case they want to turn it on and test it.
4. Take pictures/videos of phone including packing the phone (burned by eBay couple of times)
5. Wrap the Phone in a bubble and packing it in the box they sent me.

What steps are you taking before you send you phone to Verizion?

Already sent mine in. I erased my iPhone 6 and pulled the SIM card. Cleaned it up so it was free of dirt, etc. shipped it out Saturday.

Wondering a couple of things also-
1. Do we need to include the headphones and charge cable/jack?
2. Can we take it to a Verizon store instead of mailing it in?

Nope. It's says no accessories are needed. I think it also said not to take it to a Verizon store. I just put mine in the mailbox and put my flag up. My mailman picked it up on his route and I can track it via the tracking number. Easy.

so no pics needed to prove if the messed up the phone or claim it was not up to their trade-instandards??

What if they decide that it isn't worth the 650 and I don't want what they offer? Will they send it back free of charge?
