Hey MR! I'm currently using my 5S, 7.0.3 Jailbroken with MiWi app for free hotspot. My question is, will Verizon allow me to turn on the feature built in to iOS8? Or will they play the spoiler like I'm guessing they will?

The hotspot feature in iOS 8 just makes it easier for your Mac to pair with your phone. It's just way to save people from going into settings and turning it on like you do in iOS 7 or earlier, or like you'd have to do in iOS 8 for something not running OS X 10.10.
It does not give you free access to a hotspot. If your plan does not support tethering you cannot use tethering on your iPhone.
