Verizon Unlimited to At&t Unlimited

I have 3 lines at Verizon each with unlimited data, if I were able to find a customer of At&t with 3 lines of unlimited data that wanted to go to Verizon is it still possible to do assumption of liability with these carriers? Do they still do this?

With Verizon yes, with AT&T, no idea (since I'm not with AT&T).

AT&T no but you may get a super nice customer service rep who will do it for you
