Verizon Upgrade Fee Partially Waived

Color me cheap... but.. after seeing the AT&T thread on here, I called Verizon and told them them that I had considered moving to T Mobile but decided to stay with Verizon. I asked to have my upgrade fee waived as I was not expecting it.

They waived $20 out of the $30. Thought I'd pass along...

If you're pleasant and reasonable with the rep you can get it all waived. I had 3 lines upgraded for free saving $90.

VZW waived my upgrade fee because I bought a case when I preordered over the phone.

I don't get it, I have been with them since the bag phone. I had my plan changed, had the customer service representative laughing, and could not get anything. I can see me calling to fight for the 1 gig extra promo on one of the two Iphones. And I never call them also, what gives?
