Verizon vs ATT 4S vs 4 network speed question

I know some people on the forum say the ATT will have 4G speeds on the 4s but when i do a compare on the apple site of the 4 and 4s it looks like they both have HSDPA/HSUPA so where is the + ? and does this my my current iphone 4 should have close to 4g speed ? My other question is the CDMA what does EV-DO Rev. A2 mean compared to the Rev. A ? Thanks for your help
