We purchased the new iPhone 4s for 4 family members.

When we were setting up the new phones, we mistakenly (I believe) signed into one iCloud account. We did not realize that you can set up individual accounts.

So, when we ran the VZ Contact Transfer app on each phone, it merged every family member's contacts into that one iCloud account.

After the fact, we have set up individual iCloud accounts. When I am signed into my own account, I have zero contacts. I have tried to use the VZ app, but it says "0 contacts have transferred."

Is there any way to go back to the "main" iCloud account (the one that contains all of our combined contacts) and export only those contacts that each individual family member wants on their phone?

Right now, it's an "all or nothing" option. We either sign into the main iCloud account and have everyone's contacts on our phone; or we sign into our individual iCloud accounts and have zero contacts.

Any help would be appreciated.

Oh.....one more problem. We do not have a computer running Lion. We have not upgraded yet.
