I was expecting it to be really slow or to stop working at some point, but I was able to do everything really easily, even when I had weird credit card problems (…well…ultra frustrating problems where it wouldn't let me use my own credit card because I couldn't edit the billing information away from my parents at ALL and it was SO FRUSTRATING UGH.) and had to call and wake up my mom to get her credit card info at like 2:20.

I was really expecting this to be a nightmare, but it really wasn't??

Was Apple/Verizon more prepared this time around, or is it that more people were at Apple.com, or is it perhaps lack of interest this time around?

PS. don't tweet "VERIZON EMPLOYEES ARE ********** MORONS I S2G" because Verizon will see it and they will tweet you back :||||

I don't have any problems with Verizon service, but the employees are so poorly informed. I'm constantly told inaccurate information but multiple people, and it ruins everything ugh.
