Can anyone with the 9.3 beta upload their Verizon carrier bundle? You should be able to grab the files using something like http://www.i-funbox.com or the like. You don't need to be able to write to the root file system, just download the files from it. The files should be found in /System/Library/Carrier Bundles/. This should allow phones not on 9.3beta to utilize Verizon WiFi calling.
