Version 4.0 Sync Problems with MS Calendar

I just upgraded to the new Iphone that came with the new 4.0 os. I've NEVER had a problem with the 3.0 version os for syncing my Exchange Calendar. But with the new 4.0 OS, none of my calendar appointments are showing up on my iphone except for ones I put in on the phone direct.

Can anyone help???

I've removed the MS Exchange account and re-loaded it to no avail. This SUCKS!!!:mad:
