Well... Saw some people in here asking when and where and so on.
I just received a confirmation email from my supplier (dustin.dk) stating that the 240gb Vertex 3 I ordered last week will be delivered on the 15th of april.

So some weeks wait yet... too bad, but I guess one will have to survive ;P

If you don't mind me asking how much is it costing, will there also be a 120gb version ?

Sad. I seriously thought it was coming out tomorrow.

Seeing that Dustin.dk is a Denmark supplier (judging from the domain), maybe tomorrow is the date for the United States or perhaps an official press release on the shipping date.

I've heard on the OCZ forums from an official staff that the OCZ will be coming out this week or next.

Nonetheless, if the OP's delivery date is correct then I guess it gives a bigger window for other SSD manufacturers to come up with their own SATA 6Gbps goodies. Better for us consumers I say.

Well Danish prices are.terrible because we have to pay a lot of tax :( I'm paying approx 530 euros or around $730 for the 240gb. I saw the 120 gb but can't remember the price. But count on it being a bit cheaper in the states.
