Very big trouble...

It seems i have no way out in restoring my system. Its my second mcbookpro and this one was purchased second handed from late 2011, with the apearance of mountain lion i thought on geting my own system, so with a portuguese credit card system called mbnet "that allows u to create a virtual credit card with the value u desire" i loaded 20 euros on a card and purchased mountain lion, it did the upgrade normaly, but i was only charged for 2 euros, it happens that the amount seemed to be 22 euros so it was denied by the bank system but the system was installled perfectly, with this i tried to purchase it again but app store keep on saying that i allready have it and i did tryed to found an apple email but with no luck...my mistake was that knowing that i have a lion system avaible to download on the system configuration, so i erased c: and when i tried to install lion it happens that there was only the mountain lion version avaiable on the boot system, somehow it writed the information on the boot partition, and when i tried to install it says it happens a mistake on the purchase, and there is no way to purchase the system on boot menu. So im not able to restore factory values or install the lion version that came with this machine. What can i do?
