very choppy start up animation rmbp "15 late 2013

Hi,

If I reboot my RMBP "15 (late 2013) I bought recently, the start up animation (the one where your desktop 'shows up') is very choppy. Does anyone else has that?

I don't find there are many other choppy animations, mission control etc are very fluent.

But everytime I startup, it's such a dissapointment.

yes, I'm fully updated.

Are you using the Iris-only 15", or Iris+750M?

I have the 750M 15" and never noticed any lag in animations.

However, I did notice the login window lag on my 13" rMBP with Iris 5100, as well as a lag in switching spaces from a space with Safari open in the Top Sites view.
