My Verizon iPhone 4 has been rock solid up until I installed 4.2.8.
Since then, emails (two Exchange accounts which push fine on the iPad and used to on the iPhone) and other push notifications lag several minutes behind my iPad. Doesn't matter if it's on 3G or WiFi. The iPad and iPhone used to go off within 5-10 seconds of each other, but now the iPhone is up to 4 minutes behind the iPad.
I've currently got fetch set to 1 hour intervals, so I know that push is working... Just very, very delayed.
I've tried rebooting, flipping push to fetch and back to push, and any number of other things with no improvement. Even tried two different wifi networks.
Any thoughts? I wish I could easily go back to 4.2.7 to test it.
