hey y'all. i'm getting a mac pro within the next few days and i really need some display questions cleared up. i've dealt with nothing but laptops my entire computing life so i know barely anything by way of monitors. so, anyway, i'm planning on purchasing this display: http://www.macconnection.com/IPA/Shop/Product/Detail.htm?sku=8672881 with it, unless somebody could supply some better recommendations. i'm guess my mac pro will work with it, but i'm just wondering, what exactly do i need to buy, cable-wise, to connect my mac pro to it?

thanks

Well no matter what graphics card you got. You'll have at least one DVI port, so really their isn't much to this.

I'm having a hard time figuring out what comes with the display. If it has a DVI cable in the box you'll be good to go.

Just buy a DVI cord and you're good to go. If it doesn't come with one, get one from monoprice, they are cheap.
