I get it this Friday because I bought a 41mm Graphite Series 7 from Amazon for $569 instead of $749 (cheapest graphite on Apple Store???).

I own a Stainless 4 (*need* the sapphire screen) and was really bummed when the 5 came with the always-on screen. I decided then to wait for the second iteration of a case re-design....which was a huge nothing-burger this time....oh well. At least I save $140.

If the Ultra came in a small size, I'd consider that. I'm really rough with my watches and the enhanced durability sounds enticing. But I can't mentally handle the mega watch look.

Awesome! I picked up the 45mm SS S7 for $530 from Amazon in the last couple of weeks. Glad I took advantage of the deep discounts on the S7 after watching the AW8 releases today.

Nice! I was tempted for the periodic dips but thought "Apple tends to do bigger internal updates in the 2nd year...."

Still surprised the only changes are temp sensor and high speed (crash) accelerometer. Not even a new chip?

Yeah…more like an S7.3 release!
