I have a mid '11 macbook air that will not play any HD videos from iTunes. 720 to be precise. I get "This move can be played only on displays that support HCCP", and then my computer freezes up. I called applecare and talked two senior advisors, and an iTunes specialist there and they can't figure it out either. There are no external monitors or anything plugged into my computer, and it's up to date with the software and firmware. We've tried everything, even creating a new user account and trying to play a video that way and it still doesn't work. The downloaded videos play fine on my iPad and iPhone, just not on the computer.

Does anyone here have a clue as to why this is happening? Googling the issue doesn't really give me much to go on.

(and yes, I have tried running iTunes in the 32 bit mode with no success.)
