Hi everybody,
just got a brandnew MacBook Pro - everything works fine. However, I just tried two DVDs and experienced that when playing them with the VLC player, they make a LOT of noise while playing, very annoying. When I use the Leopard DVD program they play quietly. Anybody else experiences the same? It almost seem that VLC lets the DVDs spin a lot faster. Just want to be 100% sure that my new hardware is fine ... (I can live playing them with the Leopard software, altough I would prefer VLC to bypass the regional code changing - I often switch between region 1 and 2 DVDs ...)
Would be nice if anybody could give me a short that everything is alright and the same on his/her new MacBook Pro. Thanks!!
