What do you guys think the watches ability to withstand a tasing is?
In my line of work I have the unfortunate opportunity to sometimes accidentally get tangled up in taser wires whilst someone else is being tased.
Just curious if this could mess up anything in the watch....

Luckily work will replace anything if it gets damaged in the course of duties. Just gotta remember to put it on my list of personally purchased items. Lol

I wouldn't think it would cause a problem. Just like if someone is being tazzed you can still touch the person and the electrical current doesn't transfer to you. I would think the same goes for the watch.

I get paid to tase people from time to time too, course only when it's appropriate.
I know the current won't transfer, but the other night while wrestling with a guy he got tased and I got hit with the wires too and got a few second contact ride too...I was wearing the watch and nothing appears to have happened to it. Just curious what a "full lock up" tasing would do to it considering the charging stuff is near the skin.

current takes the path of least resistance, therefore it should not flow though your arms, let alone your watch.

I think it'd be fine.
