The most bizarre thing happened today and I'm going a little nuts trying to figure it out. I messaged a friend early this morning and he received a combination of a text I'd sent him on the 4th and the text I sent this morning, if that makes sense. For example, the old text was "Thanks, just dealing with a jerk at work, how are you doing?" and the text I sent today was "Monday works better for me, my mom wants me to go shopping with her today". What he received was "Thanks, dealing with a jerk at my mom wants me to go shopping with her today"
I have never had anything like this happen before. We've had issues in the past where he sometimes wouldn't get my texts or I wouldn't get his, or sometimes an old text would re-send, but I've never seen two completely separate texts from weeks apart get stitched together into one. There were dozens of texts back and forth between the 4th and today as well. Both of my texts were sent from my 8+ on iOS 14.7b(running 14.6b on the 4th) and he has a razer phone 2 with android 10 or 11, not completely sure. I know he uses Google messages and often texts me from the web client too. Any ideas? It's not a huge issue, just super weird.
