Very simple question about email

Hi guys.

Here's my simple problem:

Why won't my links stay links when I email them ? They have to use cut & paste.
There are some Windows users who gets them as links, but I not think's it's all Windows users. Mac users receive them as links.
Is it just the settings on the Window users machine ?
