I’m sorry if I am posting this in the wrong area - I’m new here. I’m trying to create a VERY simple list in iOS reminders on my teens iPhone who suffers from major adhd and needs a visual checklist for simple daily tasks. I really want to use iOS reminders vs another app because it is simple and she is familiar with it. My question is regarding creating a list in reminders with tasks (example A, B, C and D) to be listed in this particular order. Ideally, she could check these off as she does them and the next day the list would be there again unchecked in the same order EVEN IF SHE DIDNT COMPLETE CHECKING OFF THE DAY BEFORE OR CHECKED THEM OFF OUT OF ORDER. It just needs to be simple or she will not use it.
Although not ideal, if there was a way to even have the items where they couldn’t be checked off, I could work with that. Any recommendations would be very much appreciated.

You can do it by setting up a shortcut to create a fixed list of tasks daily. There may be a more elegant way to do it, but this is how I would go about it.

First, create a new reminder list in the Reminders app (don't populate it with tasks, we'll do that later).
Set this list to Sort by Title (ascending) and Show Completed.

Next, create a Shortcut to delete all the tasks in the list and create a new list of tasks in the list you created above, use A,B,C,D or 1,2,3,4 as the starting letter in the task. This will keep the list the fixed order.

Run the shortcut.

You can add this shortcut as an "app icon" on the iPhone or as a widget to run the shortcut manually.

You can also create a personal automation in the shortcuts app to run the shortcut at a set time, like before bedtime or in the morning when they wake up. The only downside of the personal automation is on the iPhone, you need to confirm to delete the existing tasks when the automation runs. It won't do it automatically without user intervention and if you don't confirm, it won't run properly.

Here's an example of the shortcut.
