Very slow/erratic wireless speed in Vista under boot camp

I am using Vista Premium Home in Boot Camp and since updating to service pack 1 I am getting extremely slow and or erratic wireless connection speeds. I have read elsewhere that reinstalling the drivers contained on the Leopard disc might fix the issue but it doesn't. I'm on a 20 inch aluminum iMac if that makes a difference..

Does anyone have a fix for this?
