Very slow times with X-25M in i7 with WDE

Seeing very slow times with my SSD in MBP i7 when using PGP Whole Disk Encryption. Didn't have this problem with the 13" machine. I know PGP fixed something in a recent build relating to this but it looks like it may have been fixed in a way that's not compatible (in terms of it working) with the newer i7 machines or 10.6.3

Both XBench and QuickBench are showing very slow read times on a PGP WDE drive in my i7.
