Very slow Wifi with AirPort Time Capsule in new home

My wifi speeds were great in my old house. They were usually in the 225-235 Mbps range. Same equipment in my new home with the same service is giving me speeds of less than 35 Mbps. Sometimes in the single digits. Any idea why?
