Very soft weird sound coming from MBP.

Its kind of a buzz sound, that u can barely hear it, but once u hear it, u just can't stop thinking about it, and its annoying as hell.

I know its not the HDD, bc its coming from the top, left side of the MBP. Could this be the fan????
