Over the weekend, my iPhone 4S (from Verizon) began having trouble making outgoing calls. If I tapped the name of one of my contacts, I would get a message saying "Long distance or international calling is not included with my service." I get this recorded message regardless of who I try to call.

But, if I manually type in the phone number for that person on the keypad, it works fine. For some reason, when I tap a name, it thinks I'm doing something that I'm not (or something).

I called Verizon and they have no idea.

Also, when this started.........all of my texts/messages are now displayed with the person's number, rather than their name. If I send them a new text and they respond, their name reappears. But, for those that I've not chatted with since this happened, it still just shows their number.

Time for a call to Apple?
