Very strange itunes problem

Hey guys, need a little help...

When I am using my laptop (unibody macbook) itunes randomly opens. Sometimes it is completely random, sometimes it seems to occur if I jiggle the headphones in their socket and I have tried all the normal things to sort it out (restarting, deleting those itunes files) and it still happens. Anyone know whats happening?
