Very Strange Kernel Panic!

It only occurs when I am on Battery Power. Other things that's out of whack include SuperDrive "...failed to calibrate laser..." when burning DVD's. AirPort is ungodly weak, get 30 feet from router and it loses connection. (other computers get connection fine 100 feet away) Then, when on battery power, I get kernel panics! Any suggestions? Here's the latest dump.
