Very Strange pBook charger

I left my computer today, went downstairs, came back an hour later and my powerbook is sleeping. However the LED ring on the charger where it plugs in was FLASHING green. This powerbook is only a few days old. I had one before, I have an iBook, and my school had ibooks and I have never seen anything like this.

I haven't noticed any problems so I'm assuming everything is ok, I'm hoping....

(2nd PowerBook, on my 4th iPod)
