I just got an EyeTV DTT the other day and for the most part, am unable to use it. The signal quality drops to zero whenever my MBP is plugged in to charge or when power is running through my surge protector to two devices, my powered USB hub and my MBP. I have two WD drives connected to the same surge protector but they seem to make no difference.
I've tried moving my MBP power brick away from all other devices and moving the tuner away from the MBP (using a hub which by itself is fine) but there is no improvement. As long as the MBP is charging, it doesn't work. I'm really stumped on this one, any help would be appreciated.
