Right ok I'll explain.
Basically I have my network secured and encrypted to the hilt, and I get people that I've spoken to in the past talking to me saying that they have installed some remote software in my macs kernel that tracks activity.
At the same time I had an error message stating an IP conflict. Now, I have stealth mode on as well as the mac's firewall allowing only essential services, as well as the firewall in my router.
They also said about having my card details which cannot be true as I don't keep any of that on here, and if I did it would be in Keychain.
What's more, they even supplied a number to get rid of this software, though I think it's bogus.
Bit worried. Anyone able to help?
