So I was using my Macbook just for general surfing, and suddenly the voice over thing activated itself. All of the media buttons seem to have rearranged themselves (volume up = dashboard). And on top of that the shutdown, restart, and log out options are appearing in double.

I was using Onyx the other day to repair permissions and clear out some stuff, and I thought this might have caused the errors, however why would Onyx cause these errors, and why would the errors suddenly start a day later?

Oh I forgot to mention, when I disabled Voice Over, all of the other errors stopped as well (media key rearrangement, duplicate shutdown, restart options). So why does enabling Voice Over do this?

I didn't enable Voice Over, however there is a keyboard shortcut which I must have accidentally enabled. This is reproducible. I was just wondering why enabling voice over would do this?
