Very weird glitch!

So I was listening to music on the iPod, and went to call my friend to see what he was doing.

But when I started to make the call, the music stopped coming from the external speaker, and started playing out of the headset part, and I could not hear my friend talking but barely.

Is this a software glitch? I have never had this happen to me on my 3Gs or anything. (This was on an iphone 4 btw).

I just tried this. On mine, the music pauses while on the call and resumes once the call ends.

I've had this happen once before. I think my car told my phone to skip tracks mid-call, so the music started playing again.

That's what's supposed to happen. Must be a weird glitch, although I saw a lot more of those on my old 3G than on my new 4

you can listen to your ipod while on a call through the head phones...the other caller won't hear the music...just start the ipod after the call starts
