Very weird Safari password issue

Hello. This only happens within Safari (haven't tested Firefox or Chrome, I don't use those), and nowhere else in the OS. Terminal sudo, macOS admin password, other programs, never an issue. It only deletes the last character in password fields. If I mash the keyboard quickly, it'll put characters there, but the instant I stop for a microsecond, it'll delete the last character.

It only happens in password fields in Safari. Typing this right now, no problem whatsoever.
