iPhone 13 very weird sound issues

Guys, I'm freaking out here. My iPhone 13 is having the weirdest sound issue:
1. Whenever I listen to anything on my iPhone, at some point the volume suddenly decreases and like 30 seconds later it goes back to original level.
2. Sometimes the audio just stops and I need to manually hit the play button again.
3. I see this issue with any App that plays audio (Audible, Spotify, TuneIn...)
4. The issue occurs with my AirPods, CarPlay (wired and wireless), BT Speaker...
5. I'm seeing this issue since weeks if not months and I was always hoping the next iOS update would fix it - my next big hope is iOS16.

Any idea what the issue could be? Maybe even a hardware problem?

Did you do anything just before this volume changing occurred, like dropped it, installed new app, etc.

Sounds like it could be hardware. Let us know if you figure it out.

I get that when streaming High Res or Lossless audio.

It’s all a bit too much for Apple to handle...
