verzion iphone 4 wont turn on

hello peps new here
I replaced he screen and lcd for a second time the first time i broke the cable on the digitzer but the phone powered up. After replacing it again now the phone wont turn on. but when pluged in to computer still dont come on but itunes opens up and says charging. please help could the lcd be bad
