Vesa desktop stand for 2012 27"

Hello all

I will be getting a new 27" iMac in the near future. I am very happy about the vesa mount option and I intend to include that in my purchase. However, I want to mount a regular desktop stand to it that is similar to the normal iMac stand. At some point down the road I will mount it to an arm but for the next year or so I will need it to have a regular stand.

Searching the web for a stand that looks and acts just like the regular iMac stand (but attaches via vesa) has come up empty.

Does anyone know where one can be found?

Why not just buy an arm now? do you not have a place to mount the arm?

I used the Ergotron Neo-flex (silver color) on my 24" iMac for a couple years...I needed something that would allow the monitor to be set lower than the standard L-stand Apple used.
