So it seems like apple has two different vesa mounts, one for the current led cinema line ups and the older ones (20, 23 and 30")

The part numbers are also different:

M9649G/A (for the older version)
MD179ZM/A


From looking at videos online and isntructions, it seems like the newer ones come with the adapter that goes inbetween the mounts. where as the older cinemas already have the adapter on the monitor itself..

Can anyone clarify this for me? Thanks!
