vesa mounted monitor, advice.

im going to mount my 19in display to the wall with a mount and it needs to be adjustible up, down, right, left, forward, backward.

i know very little about them and just got done searching on the forums, with little help except that i really want to wall mount it now.

also if there is a wall mount that i can put my laptop next to the monitor it would be amazing.

ya don't know what else to say except i have no idea what im looking for.

so i have been looking and looking, are there any mounts that go up and down? and are not $$$
