I've been very annoyed at my Mac Mini since I bought it, simply because of the stupid DVI/VGA adapter that's included. When I screw it in and plug my monitor in EVERYTHING has a yellow tilt to it, but when I loosten the screws and move the adapter to an angle it's fine picture quality, at the moment I'm having to use the receiver of my wireless mouse to hold the adapter up so it is at an angle and the picture is white.

Has anyone else had this problem and would Apple replace it with a working one, I don't have Apple Care....

You have a one-year warranty that covers repairs, if you're still within that one year, take it back and get them to look at it.

I haven't had any trouble with my Mini (G4)'s DVI to VGA adapter, but I've read several complaints about it from others. If you're still in warranty, see if Apple will replace it, or buy a third party one to replace it. I've heard Belkin makes a decent one.

It's rougly 2 weeks old, so I'll treck back to the Apple Shop one day where I bought it, will I need to take my whole Mini or just the adapter?

i'd take both just in case, it could be the analog part of DVI-I
