VHS to DVD

Hi there,

I have 5 family VHS videos I need converting to some kind of digital format.

Can anyone tell me the easiest way to do this myself on a MacBook Pro? Ive been quoted £40 per video and think thats a bit steep, so any help would be appreciated.
