Viber 3.0.0 Problem

Can someone please help me, I'm desperate

I have iPhone 5, and Viber 3.0.0. installed on it. Everything works fine except the most important thing, calls. I can call anyone, and anyone can call me, but when I pick up I can't hear a thing, it's completely silent. People on the other side can hear everything I say, but I can't hear anything. It's not quiet or noisy, it's a complete silence. Doesn't matter whether on 3G or wi-fi.

Does anyone know what the problem is, and how can I solve it?

Have you triied other calling apps? Or to reinstall Viber? May be there is a problem in your phone, not in the app.
