Recent intallation.
Below description vis-a-vis one international number.
Able to receive calls and texts. Able to call or text back, only after receiving calls and texts, by selecting the number from within viber app "recent."
However, then I try to initiate a call or text to the number, dialogue frm viber that the number is not a viber number. This is the number from which I had received both call and text, via viber. So long as the number is in viber history I can select frm "recent" and call or text. When history is cleared, I cannot inititate a call and have to wait to receive one in order to then reply via call or text.
This number is in my regular contacts, but it is not recognized by viber as a viber contact.
